Fanwork Details:
I'm most familiar with beta-ing a mostly-written out work: so anything from a half-finished to a fully-finished product. I can check spelling, grammar, but also wordflow, tone, and general writing vibes.

I have less experience in the beta-part but can also think along with pacing, with 'help how do I get myself out of this plot hole', and with characterisation of characters I'm familiar with (i.e. anything I've written for before).

Relevant experience/background:
My experience as a writer (including some classes I took at uni), I've beta-ed for a couple of people before, and have others beta for me, so I've been on both sides of the coin.

Unwilling to address:
Anything rape/non-don, dub-con, or anything kinky that's not SSC.

Other notes:
I'd love to know what you're looking for in the beta-ing proces. I'm envisioning it something like this: first, we talk, then I'll offer a first round of comments/thoughts (and conversation about whatever you're stuck at if you wish), and then we'll discuss those and/or see if you'd like anything more, and then I'll do a second read-through, and if there are any particular points left we can do a third!
