Fanwork Details:
Betaing - SPaG is my specialty. Happy to help fix typos, mistaken words, sentence structure, punctuation, etc. Very good at proofreading for those things.

Specialist expertise - baking and pastry. Everything from working in/running a bakery to developing recipes to what you would wear or eat on a typical shift.

Relevant experience/background:
Betaing - extensive reading and writing experience, including a writing-heavy college degree. Many years proofreading work for friends. An autistic brain that has been scent-trained for spelling mistakes.

Specialist expertise - 10 years of professional baking experience, in both bread and pastry, including managing a kitchen, hiring/firing, ordering, teaching, developing recipes, etc.

Unwilling to address:
Incest, excessive violence/gore, sexual assault
