Subjects/theme/tropes of interest:
I especially enjoy books with female leads and prefer books aimed at adult audiences (or actual children's picture books), and am most likely to enjoy (and therefore positively review) these, but am happy to look outside my scope if that's what you want.

Unwilling to address:
I will not read horror novels or books by Neil Gaiman, JK Rowling, or Orson Scott Card. If anyone tries to troll me with Mein Kampf or similar, I will resort to the mods; use your sense and good taste.

Other notes:
If I am unable to find a way to view the ballet or read the book you choose, I will happily allow you to choose another. I can't promise to like whatever you choose, but I will give it my best-faith effort, and my reviews will highlight what elements I did enjoy alongside my critiques.
