I love detailed prompts, being able to know exactly what they want from their the prompt. In my early writing, I found having that communication with the prompt-giver a lot of fun and helpful. But I am also cool with being given a prompt and left to my own devices. So, it's up to the winning bidder and how hands on they'd like to be.
