Examples of significant SFX would include: a fic in the style of a radio play, found media fics, fics with a particularly unusual prose, fics with a lot of redacted information, or music running underneath the audio the entire time. I would be responsible for creating the podfic, finding and adding the SFX for a fic of your choosing.
