I prefer to do a full beta, making comments on: SPaG, flow, clarity, catching repeat words, cheer-reading, catching inconsistencies, etc. In addition, I can speak to characterization and canon-consistency for Good Omens.

I am a native English speaker (from the US), have excellent grammar skills, and have beta'd frequently in the Good Omens fandom and a few times for Sherlock.
