pikabot is offering:

Organizations this auction benefits: Bellingcat *, Freedom to Read Foundation *, Global Project Against Hate and Extremism *, Hope for Ukraine *, News Literacy Project *, Any/all listed LGBT orgs (See full list. * denotes an organization that accepts international donations.)

Type of fanwork: Written fanwork
Subtype(s): fan fiction (new), meta/analysis
Fandom(s): Fullmetal Alchemist; One Piece; Doctor Who: Classic Doctor Who (1963-1996), New Doctor Who (2005-present)
Highest rating: E
Minimum Bid: $5
Audience: All ages
Length/scope: 5 -10k words
Special interests (what is this?): Canonically trans or nonbinary chars, F/F ships, Gen (no ship) or platonic works

Subjects/theme/tropes of interest:
In general, I like taking underdeveloped corners of a canon and expanding on them. I like feeling like I left the world of the canon a little bigger than I found it. What this generally means in practice is that I tend to prefer writing about side characters rather than the main ones! This is a general preference, not a hard rule, of course.

Unwilling to address:
I'm not interested in writing anything that is outright pornographic; defined here as something where the main goal of the piece is to get to sexually explicit material. I have no qualms with writing sexually explicit (and violent, for that matter) material, but it should be in service of a story and not its aims.

The above also includes fetish stories, where there may or may not be anything strictly speaking sexual happening, but the goal of the story is nonetheless to get to the subject of one's paraphilia.

There's nothing wrong with fetishes and pornography, I'm just not comfortable custom-making it for a specific person.

I would also like to avoid the subjects of child sexual abuse and suicide. This does mean that if your desired romantic pairing is between an adult and someone who is not an adult, you should look elsewhere.

Finally, while I am not opposed to writing AU fic in general, I'm not interested in writing fic set in AUs where the purpose of the AU is to subtract drama and stakes from the original work - your classic Everyone-Works-In-A-Coffee-Shop AUs, for example.

Other notes:
As you can probably tell from a perusal of my Ao3 profile, I tend to write introspective fic exploring corners of the story - bits of worldbuilding or characters - that are more obscure or underdeveloped. I'm not much for romantic fluff; it's not what I read, and it's not my natural mode of writing either. If you want light shippy content, I'll do it, but there's almost certainly other writers who your money would be better spent bidding on.

I would prefer to work from a prompt that describes the basic concept and tone, and then we can have a brief back-and-forth about what the expectations for the piece are. But once I have the concept laid down, unless I have questions for you or find I want to change the direction of the piece, I'll basically retreat into my workshop and then emerge later with a finished work for you.

Unwilling to address:
I'm happy to make sexually suggestive or artistic nudity, but nothing sexually explicit or depicting abuse. No OCs.

Other notes:
I'm happy to work closely with the bidder to create something they enjoy. I've enjoyed working with ficwriters and illustrating fics in the past, for e.g. I work from references so an ability to offer some visual reference to help me understand the scene or positioning of characters is welcome, especially if not working from a specific still or image.

anstaar is offering:

Organizations this auction benefits: Bidder's choice of any of the listed groups (See full list.)

Subtype(s): fan fiction (new), fan fiction (remix of an existing fic)
Fandom(s): Doctor Who: Classic Doctor Who (1963-1996), Doctor Who Big Finish Audios, Doctor Who: Eighth Doctor Adventures; Interview with the Vampire
Highest rating: M
Minimum Bid: $5
Audience: All ages
Length/scope: 10 - 20k words
Special interests (what is this?): Ambiguous endings, Gen (no ship) or platonic works, Genderswap/genderbending, Poly ships, Rarepairs

Characters/pairings of interest:
Some of the characters I enjoy focusing on, but open to others: the Eighth Doctor, Romana, Susan Foreman, Fitz Kreiner, Anji Kapoor, Sam Jones, Compassion, Charley Pollard, C'rizz, Lucie Miller, other Classic Who Doctors, Claudia, Louis, Armand, Daniel, Lestat

Subjects/theme/tropes of interest:
Generally: I enjoy AUs that are canon divergent or involve role-reversals or are bigger AUs but still based in canon, playing with tropes, multiple timelines/multiple realities meeting, fix-its or 'it could go different', dark humor I like to explore complicated/dysfunctional relationships: whether those relationships are romantic/friendship/family. Betrayal, misunderstandings, weird power imbalances, people being terrible/dealing with their actions. Dealing with mental health issues, and dealing with them in dysfunctional ways. Friendship in general, and people just enjoying each other's company.

Unwilling to address:
Mpreg, omega verse, anything with RPF, completely mundane AUs, IWTV fic based only (or a lot) on the books, a heavy focus on a young child being seriously injured/sick, graphic physical torture, cannibalism (doesn't include stuff like vampires drinking blood)

Other notes:
I'm happy to work with you on what sort of thing you'd like! I can work with ideas, prompts, specific circumstances (though I appreciate having more than one to chose from) or just the shape of what sort of things you enjoy!
