I'm a fan of monsters, aliens, mythical creatures, and furries and feel that is where my strengths are. But I don't have any problem drawing humans. I have no problem with dark themes and subject matter. Also a big fan of dragons.

Unwilling to address:
While I am open to most things and do not judge people for what they enjoy, I am not able to draw: exposed intestines/guts or serious wounds between the ribs and pelvis, human characters under 18 in sexual situations, scat or diaper art, or anything with vomit. For my own sanity I would like to avoid drawing complex machinery or very detailed robots and I am not very skilled at vehicles.

Other notes:
I've been doing professional illustration for over 20 years. I like to discuss things a bit with a commissioner via email or chat but if you have an idea in mind I can do a quick sketch from that. Please provide your favorite art of characters as a reference, sending pics by email is preferred, and if you can note any details that are important to you I appreciate that. I like to have some wiggle room to interpret things so a short prompt works best for me. I will send either some very loose pose or scene thumbnails to be sure I have the idea right or I will send the rough sketch right away if I have a good idea immediately. I'm very fast with sketches. After the sketch is approved by you I will ink it, which can take a week or so depending on how much I have on my plate (If there is a lot going on that might cause delays I will stay in touch). The colors take the longest, especially full shading, and I have no problem sending progress updates while I work on those. I always send you the final piece at full resolution so you can print it out if you would like. If we share a fandom in common or a favorite ship I love talking with my fellow fans and getting a chance to work on something I'm knowledgeable about.

I love things involving family, families of choice, strong friendships, love (sexual, platonic, of family, any kind). I also love fix-its.

I'm willing to do the work whether the bidder chooses a fandom I'm familiar with (whether I've written/done fanart for it before or not) or not; however, if it's a fandom I'm not familiar with, I'll need the bidder to be much more specific regarding what they want. Also, if the fanfic is long or something, I will need a summary or something, so I can get working faster.

If the work doesn't involve a fanfic that's fine as well. Though the same condition as before applies. If I'm familiar with it it'll be easier; though if they're very specific about what they want I can do it even if I don't know the fandom.

Unwilling to address:
I won't work with infidelity, child abuse, excessive violence, Gore, tragedy, explicit sex (innuendo and partial nudity is fine). I have no problem working with an E-rated fic, just won't do an E-rated fanart.

I'm flexible. Whether the person is super specific on what they want, or prefer for me to make the choices. I can work with it. Just keep in mind that my work are basically manips. I'm limited by what already exists that I can adapt. And I won't use AI.

I'm happy to write anything from dramatic character studies to fluffy and humorous romances, and many of my stories end up encompassing a broad range of emotional tones. I am especially excited to write hurt/comfort, canon divergent AUs, and developing relationships.

I won't write tragedy/unhappy endings or main character death that is not undone in some way (i.e. through a resurrection spell, time magic, etc.) I won't write reader insert or OCs. I won't write explicit sexual violence/non con, but I WILL write stories that deal with sexual violence implicitly or off-screen.

Other notes:
I love specific prompts so I can trust that the story I write will be something my bidder will enjoy! Ideally I'd love to work with someone who has one or two prompts in mind that I can work with. Haikyuu-specific likes: Meiji era Japan, themes of dealing with fame/how that would impact Kenma, Nekoma or Karasuno ensemble cast. I'm a sucker for everyone being supportive friends. Canonverse, post-canon, fantasy/monsters (especially ones based on Japanese mythology!). Kuroken being childhood friends (or at least longterm friends) is important to me, and I'd appreciate if that was integrated into any AU suggested.

I know way too much about how YouTube worked in the late 2010s. If I'm assigned something set at Vidcon or something that revolves around world-famous Kodzuken, I think I'd be able to do a decent job with my background knowledge.

But as an overview of what a remix by me might look like: I could (and have done, in the past) retell the same story (or a v similar one) from the perspective of a different character, with different knowledge and different priorities and different people they care about; or tell roughly the same story but change a few key details. I once took a Vampire AU -- which drew heavily on the emotional dynamics of S1 Sherlock, but spun its own narrative -- and retold that same narrative, almost beat for beat, but without any vampires or magic and re-translated such that those same dynamics and movements occurred in our own world. I can't promise in advance what I would do; there are lots of different ways to put a twist on the original story, and figuring out what kind of twist it will be is part of the fun for me.

Please give me as much of an idea as you can so that I have a good foundation to start from!
