I am willing to write fic for House of the Dragon or Fire & Blood characters. For this fandom I have so far mostly written canon setting or canon divergent porn-with-feelings/porn-as-character study/porn-as-plot with a lot of focus on intersections of trauma and kink. I would describe my preferred fic atmosphere as inclusive of emotional heaviness—I am interested in the show’s themes of misogyny, patriarchy, incest, trauma, and intergenerational cycles of abuse, especially sexual—but equally inclusive of lightheartedness, love, fulfilling eroticism, and humor. I like to strike a balance—I probably won’t be great at either pure fluff or pure tragedy. I am a medievalist-in-training and love writing fic that allows me to apply historical knowledge to AWOIAF worldbuilding, especially as relates to queerness and transness. However, I am willing to branch out with AUs - especially historical AUs or modern AUs that really try to capture the Targaryenness of it all.

Unwilling to address:
I do not wish to write any fic with a lower than explicit rating. No scat, and no extreme underage (14) in a titillating way or as erotica (as opposed to exploration of sexual abuse, for example). What I'll call "total normie AUs" (so high school AU or coffee shop AU - willing to try Targaryens as a Hollywood dynasty or equestrian Olympiads or something, not into anything that plops them down in American suburbia.) A note in regards to the favored characters and ships listed above: I am very willing to focus on one ship over and ignore or write around another but I will not write anything that is incredibly negative to perceived romantic "rival" to a ship or requires the explicit destruction the "rival" relationship. Just keep in mind I like all these characters and all those ships. Also, would not write any Daemon/Alicent where their mutual love for Rhaenyra is not an element.

Other notes:
Absolutely willing to write to the bidder’s original prompt, but also have a large backlog of ideas on file that could be refined together if no particular ideas are forthcoming.You can give me a prompt of whatever specificity from vague vibes or a general concept to a list of kinks you'd like to see and let me run with it, or the fic can be written with closer collaboration as the bidder prefers.
